01Who we are

Aoneq Labs is an AI automation company based in India that works with businesses internationally. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Aoneq Labs. We are responsible for the personal information described here.

This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

02What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us:

  • Your full name
  • Your work email address
  • Your company name
  • Your country (optional)
  • Your company size (optional)
  • The areas you would like to automate (optional)
  • Your description of the process you want to improve
  • The tools your team currently uses (optional)

Please do not include sensitive personal information, or confidential details about other people, in the process description.

When you browse the site, our hosting provider and any analytics service we use may also record technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the time of your visit.

03Why we use it

  • To reply to your request and arrange a discovery call or automation review
  • To understand your process so we can tell you whether and how automation could help
  • To keep a record of our conversations with you
  • To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the details you send through the form for unrelated marketing without your permission.

04Legal basis and consent

Depending on where you are, data protection laws may require us to have a legal basis for using your information. These laws may include the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We rely on your consent when you submit the contact form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running a secure website. Where we use non-essential cookies or analytics that require consent, we will ask for it first. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

05Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us run the website and handle your request, and only as far as they need it. These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions. They include:

  • An email delivery provider, used to send form submissions to our team
  • Our website hosting provider
  • A website analytics provider, if analytics are enabled
  • A spam and bot protection service for the contact form

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

06International transfers

We are based in India and some of our service providers operate in other countries. This means your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as contractual protections offered by our providers.

07How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any working relationship that follows. If an enquiry does not lead to further contact, we delete it after 6 months. Technical logs are kept for a shorter time, in line with our providers’ settings.

08How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your information
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
  • Complain to your local data protection authority
